CFO& CS

The incumbent will be responsible for all Finance, Secretarial, Legal & Statutory Compliance activities. Financial management pertaining to Project Funding, Controls, Treasury, Accounting, and Budgeting will be the key deliverable with secretarial and legal responsibilities forming the KRAs. Ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with at least 15 years of experience, out of which at least 5 years at the helm, with exposure to M&A, Project Financing, International Agreements, Due diligence etc. Since the job involves dealing with partners across markets and geographies, a strong inter personal skill set coupled with a spirit of team work is a must. Chief Human Resource Officer

The incumbent will develop outstanding HR plans, systems, policies and procedures, C&B, training, management development programs, introducing and implementing a whole range of dynamic OD initiatives at various levels within this very large organization with multiple businesses. Ideal candidate will have 15-20 years hands-on-experience in reputed organizations. Impeccable academics from premier schools will be an added prerequisite. (CHR/406)

VP– Group Internal Audit

The incumbent will perform management, systems, financial and security audits across the group companies both in India and overseas. He will evaluate risk, operational efficiencies, financial discipline and compliance to regulation. Ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with at least 15 years of relevant experience in Management Audit and Risk Management, the last 5 years of which should have been at the apex.
