Our client is a leading provider of electro-mechanical products and associated consumables to a wide range of industrial customers worldwide. The company has several manufacturing facilities in the world making it one of the top 3 global players in its field. It designs and manufactures its various products and sells and services them through its own offices as well as through channel partners.
To provide fresh leadership at the top management level, our client is looking for a high caliber top management professional from industrial products sector to join the team as : Position : Chief Executive Officer (Industrial Products)

The selected candidate will be part of a multi-cultural team of dynamic individuals working towards timely delivery of world class services to well-established corporations while ensuring complete customer confidence and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will have overall leadership of the company including P&L Management, Corporate Strategy, Planning, Budgeting, Business Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Client Management, Human Resources and Finance.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee manufacturing/supply chain operations, next generation product development, formulate and implement strategic plans, policies, and programs to achieve revenue, profitability and ROI objectives, and ensure that overall performance meets the established objectives.
He/she will guide the development and execution of the organization’s operating philosophy, policies, and procedures and will be expected to attract, lead, motivate and retain high caliber professionals at different levels.
The CEO will institutionalize programs focused on operational excellence to deliver world-class operational performance, while maintaining the entrepreneurial culture and agility of the company; implement modern management concepts for continuous improvements leading to sustained cost reductions and margin improvements; and initiate strategic alignments with and/or acquisitions of complementary businesses. Critical competencies required for success in this role include strong Business Leadership,
Operational Excellence, Result Orientation, Entrepreneurial Drive and Interpersonal Skills.
Candidates must be highly experienced and mature techno-commercial leaders with strong track record of creating/managing successful technology businesses. Strong technical background coupled with P&L focus, leadership and team-building abilities. Passion for manufacturing businesses and a strong entrepreneurial flair will be essential.
Candidates should be engineering graduates from premier institutes. An MBA would be preferred. They should have managed regional/global businesses with a turnover of at least USD 250 million.
Proven leadership and man-management skills; strong business focus; a solution-oriented approach; excellent communication and presentation skills; a positive, “can do” attitude; high energy level and resourcefulness will be critical for success in this role.
Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of at least one major European language, preferably German or French, will be advantageous.
Senior European origin professionals with Asia Pacific exposure who are interested in returning back to Europe would be ideal. Contacts
