The Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of construction and building materials. In view of strategic business plans, they are now looking for a senior & experienced individual to join them as:

Position : CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Job Code : CFO-MY/0309/IW
Location : Perak, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• To formulate and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures
• To analyze the financial implications of operational decisions, acquisitions and new business
• To monitor financial performance, financial & accounting analysis, establish control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
• To spearhead annual budgets and capital expenditure plans
• To supervise and manage treasury function

Requirements

• Degree holder, CPA with min. 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably with manufacturing company.
• Strong analytical, leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read & write Mandarin
