Chief Executive Officer - Building Projects

Our client is a major player in building products industry with Manufacturing , R&D and sales network across the region. The products find application in construction industry and the product range include fire resistance, air-conditioning, insulated roofs, acoustics, customized metal building system and pre-engineered building products.

For their operation in the region they are looking for a CEO. The role would also oversee and be directly responsible for P&L in the South Asia Region.

Ideal candidate will have 20-25 years of experience in operations, sales & marketing, out of which atleast last 6 years as a CEO / COO for a company with turnover in excess of 100 crores.

He should have worked in the building products/ fire products/ engineering building product/ HVAC industry and well understand the dynamics of selling the products to the builders, architects and shall have mastered the art of concept selling in construction industry.

He should have the expertise of handling large teams, multiple manufacturing & fabrication facilities both internally and at the client location.

An Engineering + MBA degree is a must with impeccable track record of success in previous assignments.
