For one of its AsiaPac operations, our client is interested in recruiting a senior quality professional from the electronics manufacturing industry as :

Position : QUALITY DIRECTOR
Job Code : Electronics/QD/1008/MOLS
Location : Major City, Malaysia

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will provide leadership of the total Quality Management function including Product (incoming, in-process and outgoing) Quality, Process Quality, Supplier Quality and implementation of Quality Management Systems for a very large manufacturing facility.

He/she will lead a large, multi-cultural team and will lead training and development initiatives to ensure thorough appreciation of and compliance with the expected quality standards. He/she will also lead Six Sigma initiatives and will work closely with global internal teams as well as external consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering from a reputed university
• At least 15 years experience in quality function in electronics/electricals manufacturing environment
• Six Sigma BB preferred
• China experience would be advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong leadership skills
