Our client is a very well established company with diversified interest. In view of strategic business plans, they are now looking for the following senior & experienced professional to join them as:

Position : GROUP INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER

Responsibilities

The selected incumbent will be overall responsible for managing all aspect of financial, operational and compliance audit for companies located in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China to safeguard shareholders’ investments and company’s assets. He/she will advise on systems & procedures development and implementation; improve the group’s risk management and corporate governance systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA or CPA with minimum 10 years experience, finance background of which 4-5 years should be in audit work.
• Familiar with taxation, corporate finance and M&A.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
