Our client is rapidly expanding IT Solutions company that offers a range of IT products and solutions to the healthcare services sector, both within and outside India. In order to further strengthen its sales, pre-sales and marketing functions - with a specific focus on the growing international markets - the company has decided to bring on board a senior IT Solutions sales professional to join the team as:

Position : Global Sales Manager (IT Solutions – Healthcare Services)

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the sales function focusing on both Indian and global markets, especially South East Asia, Middle East and selected countries in Africa. The position will carry sales leadership responsibilities, including recruitment and development of new team members.

• Develop sales and demand creation strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets that will produce maximum market penetration.
• Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and margins.
• New Client Acquisition – Direct as well as through Channel Partners
• Expand business and market share with existing accounts
• Client/Key Account Management at multiple levels, especially with key decision makers

Requirements

• Graduate degree with 7-10 years of relevant industry experience
• Ideal candidates would come with strong sales background in the Healthcare Products, System Integration or Outsourcing sector
• Strong relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience and track record in a similar/related role, including setting up and management of overseas sales offices and alliance partners
• Ability to travel extensively and work in multicultural teams
