Human Resources Director (Location : U.A.E)

(Academics From Premier Institute & experience in large MNCs / Conglomerates is mandatory for this role)

Our client is a global major with presence in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, consumer products Oil & Gas and allied services with a presence across the globe. They have a very large work force. For their corporate office in Dubai, they are currently looking for a senior professional to head the Human Resources function.

Candidates should have:

• 15-20 years of experience in Human resources in large MNCs/ Asian Conglomerates with proven track record and academics from Premier Institutes only. He should have been heading HR and currently part of Core Management team at the apex levels.
• Strong Board level experience, with an ability to command credibility and to constructively challenge internal and external partners
• A demonstrable track record of effective operational and strategic HR Management and delivery in large and complex organisations with multicultural work force.
• Highly developed interpersonal and diplomatic skills for influencing change, managing complex situations and sustaining engagement
• Excellent strategic leadership and management skills, able to drive motivation and continual performance improvement within a highly professional HR Teams located in different geographies
• Strong decision making and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering impressive results and innovative solutions
• An ability to contribute beyond HR & Workforce issues and across all aspects of the Trust’s activities and performance
