Legal Manager

Our client is a very well established financial services provider.

In view of their expanding businesses, they are looking for a:

LEGAL MANAGER
(Job Code : BF/LM-SG/0307/IW)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for drafting & reviewing contracts, provide legal advice on operational matters. You will also assist in corporate secretariat matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law with min. 5 years' experience, preferably in financial services environment.
• Exposure to securities industry including SFA & FAA.
• Corporate secretariat experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
