Our client is a blue chip major with a turnover in excess of USD 3 billion and one of the most respected groups in the Far-East Asia, well known for their practices, profits and aggressive approach to become the global leaders. They are rated amongst the top 10 conglomerates in the Far-east Asia.

They are now in the process of augmenting their M&A team, for their ambitious growth plans in various parts of the globe.

The ideal prospect will have 8-10 years of post qualification experience with brilliant academic record in Finance and impeccable track record of performance in large enterprise groups (manufacturing domain) / MNCs / VC firms.

The KRAs include identifying and attracting businesses, evaluating business plans & financial statements, creating financial models , conducting valuations, structuring and negotiating investments, lending due diligence, make deals and executing the same.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
