Mall Management Professionals (Major Metros/ India) Expat Status

The Client

Our client is one of the largest conglomerates with interest predominantly in the real-estate-commercial and the retail sector. They are now coming up with a major initiative of constructing world class malls in all the leading metros in India. These malls are going to be state-of-art, world class with floor space designed to attract the best of the brands. These integrated malls will house cinemas, multi-cuisine food-courts and showrooms in addition to Live Concerts and Play areas. They are looking for senior professionals to head the operations of malls across the leading metros in India.

Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be responsible for the day to day operations of malls.
• The other responsibilities include leasing (long-term and temporary), negotiation of contracts, staff supervision, office management, budgeting and monthly financial analysis and reporting, tenant and public relations, vendor management, security, maintenance and all other operational issues with the goal of maximizing the asset value of the property.
• He will also be responsible for the development and implementation of the mall marketing program, sales analysis, corporate and merchant communication, and community public relations.

Ideal candidate will be a Management graduate with 10-15 years of experience in property management out of which atleast 5 years of experience in managing large integrated malls.
