Portfolio Manager – Support & Operations

Our client is a key player in the banking industry, rated as one of the most prestigious banks in the world and are pioneers in the technology, processes and systems.

They have world class support, development and R& D Center in India. The center has the best IT talent which works toward making this bank, a leader in this segment.

For this ODC, they are looking for a senior professional to manage and lead the support and operations team.

Ideal candidate will be in the age group (35-40) having 10 + years of experience , of which at least 2-3 years in important management roles leading large teams, with demonstrable success in creating and driving effective technology teams in multinational business environments in large banking software companies.

He/ She will have proven record in a successful offshore delivery environment leading Support functions, People leadership and quality. Understanding of ITIL framework – problem and change management, production support will be an added advantage.He/ she should have experience in managing and valuating vendors through SLAs and relationships. Managing medium to large IT projects and/or releases in banking domain is a must.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the entire suite of applications across the business in enterprise services space. He/ she should also be responsible for contributing to the overall technology strategy, process improvement and vendor management.
