The company is one of the fastest growing global BPO companies which offers customized solutions and expertise across multiple industry sectors.

To spearhead and manage its rapid growth of its BPO Services in Healthcare sector in the US, our client is interested in recruiting two dynamic sales professional to join the team as:

Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for the full spectrum of Sales and Marketing functions for Product, Services and BPO offerings. The position carries a sales quota and focuses on clients in the Healthcare/Medical sector.

• Develop sales and demand creation strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets that will produce maximum market penetration.
• Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and margins.
• New Client Acquisition
• Expand business and market share with existing accounts
• Client/Key Account Management at multiple levels, especially with key decision maker

Requirements

• Graduate degree with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Ideal candidates would come with strong sales background in the Healthcare Outsourcing sector with particular focus on Billing & Accounts Receivable and Claims Management
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience and track record in a similar/related role
• Ability to work in multicultural teams
