Our client is a very well established & leading healthcare provider with one of the largest network of private hospitals.

In view of our strategic business plan, we are currently looking for the following dynamic professional to be part of our team:

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Division President, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Contributing actively to strategic planning activities for their medical centres.
• Ensuring the achievement of strategic goals and medical centre performance by establishing and monitoring effective business development, financial and manpower plans.
• Optimizing the medical centre's financial and human resources by administering all medical centre operations in a quality and cost effective manner ensuring that decisions are sound, fair and consistent with the goals of the organisation and in compliance with various statutes
• Working with Marketing Teams in helping to obtain business goals and objectives. Identify new business opportunities whenever possible.
• Working with medical quality & customer service to ensure that there is no adverse medical cases and complains
• Controlling overall operational cost / clinic layout to maximize clinic utilisation rate.
• Actively engage and foster cordial working relationship with physicians
  

Requirements

Successful incumbent will be based in Shanghai and must possess a relevant degree in Healthcare - MHA, MBA or MS health or hospital administration, business administration or a related professional field. He / She must have at least 8 years of solid senior managerial experience in running a hospital or medical centre. Preferaby a qualified doctor (MBBS or equivalent). Candidate should be effectively bilingual in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
